PNW Notary Meet & Mingle
Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the PNW Notary Meet & Mingle Event, hereinafter referred to as “The Event”, at the current year’s event location and related events and activities the Participant (you) agrees to the following.
- Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue ‘The Event’, and/or ‘The Event’ organizers, staff., Its affiliated organizations their administrators, directors, agents and other employees of the organization, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and leasers of premises used to conduct ‘The Event’; All of which are hereinafter referred to as “releasees”, from any and all liability to each of the participants, his or her heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or part by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.
- Assumes all the foregoing risks and accept all personal responsibility for any and all damages following such damage, permanent or temporary.
- Release, waive and discharge all rights to all photographs and or video taken by ‘The Event‘ staff or others while at ‘The Event’ to its organizers, press agencies, and sponsors. I understand that my picture and likeness may be used in publications and on websites in the future for promotional or informational purposes. I understand that due to the rights of others I may have to turn off any camera or recording device if asked by an event organizer.
